Don’t forget to sign the form before faxing it. We will return a confirmation by e-mail or fax within 3 days. You will also get a letter with detailed instruction one to two weeks before the course. Cancellations and substitutions The following fees apply if you need to cancel: More than 30 days in advance: no cancellation fee 10-29 days in advance: 50% of full fee 0-9 days in advance: full fee
