A good way to get to know the HLA 1516 RTI calls is to use the Test Federate (unsupported). It allows you to try out most calls in the 1516 Interface Specification through menu commands. Simply put the folder as an extra sample in your pRTI 1516 (LE or full) Samples directory. A Restaurant FOM and a BAT file to start it with is included.
